Terms of Service
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.Commissions
› You may not take, edit, trace, etc. any of my artwork for any purpose!
Only myself and the customer are allowed to the use the pieces in question.
› All of my art is digital and therefore you will not be receiving a physical copy of anything.
Upon purchasing from me, you acknowledge that you are only receiving a digital file.
› I will not draw in anyone else's style.
› Payment must be made in full and up front, unless a payment plan has already been previously discussed.
› I will not provide refunds after the sketch stage! Please make sure you actually have the funds for the piece.
If, for whatever reason, I decide not to complete your piece, I will give you a full refund, regardless of what stage in the art i'm at, and you will not receive the piece.
› Changes will be allowed at the sketch stage and again at the line art stage.
Once I start coloring I will not make any more changes to the line art!
› Depending on my to do list, your piece could take anywhere from a few days to a couple of months.
Please be FULLY aware that I also work a full time job and drawing is only a side thing for me.
You don't need to message me multiple times to ask how the commission is going. You will be notified when I start it and you will receive multiple WIP screen shots of the piece while I'm working on it.Adoptables
› Minor adjustments to the design can be done free of charge. Larger adjustments (I.E. body shape, breast size, etc.) will require extra cost.
› Adopts can be resold / gifted / traded at your discretion.
Please don't resell for more than you paid unless extra art (that you paid for) is included!
› You are welcome to change the gender or make any changes necessary to any adopt you purchase. Please still credit me for original design.
› You will only receive the adopt after you've paid in full.
› Pre-Claims on adopts require +100% the original price.
› I do not do holds unless you're willing to put a non-refundable down payment on the adopt.
› Payment plans can be discussed if the purchase is $100 or more and you can pay at least 1/3rd upfront.
Please note: If you cannot finish payment, you will not receive a refund! So MAKE SURE YOU CAN PAY!
You will not receive the adopt until you have paid in full.
